Agile Catalyst was born from a legacy of building. Our founding team led the creation of category-defining platforms — Amazon's recommendation systems, Microsoft Office 365's cloud architecture, LinkedIn Learning's algorithms, Verizon's first fully digital carrier, Meta's responsible AI infrastructure, and Property Finder's technical transformation. We didn't read about these systems. We built them.
In 2024, this experience was codified into two published methodologies — MuShuHaRi (the AI maturity framework) and S+3 Agile (the delivery discipline) — by Agile Catalyst founder and operator Himanshu Niranjani. The frameworks became the operating model for the BeHuman Loop, the category-creation operating system Agile Catalyst is one arm of.
