Agile Catalyst was born from a legacy of building. Our founding team led the creation of category-defining platforms — Amazon's recommendation systems, Microsoft Office 365's cloud architecture, LinkedIn Learning's algorithms, Verizon's first fully digital carrier, Meta's responsible AI infrastructure, Property Finder's $400M-to-$2B scaling. We didn't read about these systems. We built them.
In 2024, this experience was codified into two published methodologies — MuShuHaRi (the AI maturity framework) and S+3 Agile (the delivery discipline) — by Agile Catalyst founder and operator Himanshu Niranjani. The frameworks became the operating model for the BeHuman Loop, the category-creation operating system Agile Catalyst is one arm of.

Twenty-plus years building and running program-management and delivery offices for high-growth technology companies. As Global PMO Manager and Chief of Staff to the CTO at Visible, she reorganised a 200-plus engineering organisation across the US, India, and the Philippines — saving $10M a year — and governed a $40M engineering budget. Earlier she led the technical PMO at Weedmaps and drove Travelport's first SAFe implementation across the US, UK, and India.
